WoundVision iNSIGHT is a secure, HIPAA compliant web based software program used as a base mechanism for patient assessment management. It acquires essential patient information from a comprehensive assessment, a quick assessment, a skin and soft tissue assessment and a wound tracker assessment.

Features include:

  • Ability for caregivers to see trending reports and various representations of patient data by using any combination of four assessments
  • A one time comprehensive assessment is utilized to provide a complete view of patient health  so early intervention can begin
  • A quick assessment is designed to be performed daily to help monitor trends and other changes to patient health
  • A skin and soft tissue assessment is designed to be performed daily by the caregivers to help recognize skin and soft tissue abnormalities
  • A wound tracker assessment documents the caregiver’s findings so the type and status of the wound can be tracked and documented using various trending reports
  • Combining this data with images from the TIS provides clinicians with detailed and accurate records to promote proactive patient care and treatment
